February’s Health & Wellbeing Roadshow saw us join up with some new partners, Cathedral Dental Clinic, alongside the smoking cessation team from Public Health Wales. We visited the offices of Tŷ Admiral in Cardiff and were on hand to talk to employees about a range of health and wellbeing topics. A brilliant day was had by all and we thank Tŷ Admiral for having us!

Our first health and wellbeing roadshow was a massive success! Employees from GOcompare.com enjoyed visiting the different stands to talk to us about their health and wellbeing.

The Stroke Association were on hand to monitor attendee’s blood pressure and give advice and Welsh Hearts trained people in CPR and how to use a defibrillator. Public Health Wales were also there to advise people about stopping smoking and, last but not least, we at Psychology Wales were able to talk to people about their psychological issues.

All in all a massive success that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. We are now looking forward to the next roadshow which will be held in January at British Airways Maintenance in Cardiff.
