When do you run clinics?
Face to face clinics are usually held on Thursdays in Cardiff and Saturdays in Newport and Risca. Other times may be available by arrangment.

How do I pay?
You can pay by cash or cheque. Credit/ debit cards are accepted in Cardiff and Risca. I am recognised by all the major health insurance companies.

What can I expect from a meeting?
Sessions usually last about fifty minutes. I will ask you to complete a simple questionnaire prior to our first meeting. During this initial session you will be able to describe your difficulties and we can think about what you would hope to achieve from a series of meetings.

How do I make an appointment?
Please contact me for an informal discussion before making an appointment. Following this, if we both think it would be helpful to meet, I will offer you an assessment appointment.
